Kingdom Impact Ministries (K.I.M.) is the personal outreach ministry of Bishop Derek D. Kelly. Bishop Kelly along with Lady Kimerely Kelly are both committed to kingdom ministry. They have a desire to see the Body of Christ become established and equipped for 21st Century Ministry. K.I.M. serves as a covering and connecting agent for sons and daughters in ministry.

§ K.I.M. is designed to "empower" the church in Kingdom Ministry, and to "expand" the Body of Christ in Kingdom Living.
§ K.I.M. is not concerned with denomination affiliation or doctrinal theory; only that the people of God would rise to their greatest potential through teaching and training.
§ K.I.M. consists of various pastors, churches, ministries, and members of the Body of Christ that have joined together in fellowship to prepare themselves for kingdom ministry
